Greetings Parents and Guardians!
All Third-year MCHS students are scheduled to take the WIN Career Readiness Assessment on Wednesday, March 25th at Mid-Carolina High School. Students need to report to campus by 7:35 a.m. on testing day. Any student who normally reports to the Newberry County Career Center or Piedmont Technical College in the mornings will report to Mid-Carolina High School instead on Wednesday, March 25th. Testing locations and student rosters for WIN will be posted throughout the building to assist students in finding their appropriate testing location. In addition, staff members will be available to direct students as necessary. Breakfast, a snack, and lunch will still be provided.
The WIN Career Readiness Assessment provides future employers with a measure of a student's current workplace skills to determine if students are work-ready. This assessment is mandatory for all third-year students.
