Congratulations to the Mid-Carolina High School Academic Team!
We are thrilled to celebrate an incredible season that wrapped up with a 2nd Place finish in Division I of the Western Piedmont Educational Consortium! Our students have worked tirelessly throughout the fall, competing in mini-bowl series at Greenwood, Ninety Six, and McCormick High Schools, and proudly hosting the final round right here at home.
On Monday, December 8, the team traveled for Day 1 of the WPEC Championship Series—defeating Saluda and Greenwood before taking a tough loss to Clinton. They returned Wednesday, December 10 for the final rounds of the double-elimination bracket, battling their way back to defeat Greenwood and ultimately securing a hard-fought 2nd place finish against Clinton.
We are incredibly proud of our students and beyond grateful for their families. They are truly some of the brightest, most dedicated, and most supportive individuals you’ll find.
